Tips for Making Some Extra Cash!!

So you want to earn extra cash? You've come to the right place. This is my third post on some of the best ways to make extra income, a subject I have been vigorously studying lately in an attempt to compile a great list of the best methods to make some extra money in an easy understandable way. This week, we have 8 items on our list, and all are great ways to bring in some money! Some you may have heard of, even passed on the thought of... but they are in need! Here we go...

1. Exchange Coins and Jewelry- Pawn shops, jewelry shops, and trinket shops all love to buy coins and gold at great rates. Most of the time if they buy one, they will buy the other. With gold at an all time high, and people looking for something to invest in, now may be the time to sell! And try bartering. If a company will buy 3 coins and not the forth and fifth, tell them you'll throw in the last two if they pay just a bit more!

2. Recycle metal- I throw all kinds of metal away all the time, and many times I see scrap metal laying on the side of the road ready to be taken as trash. You could make lots of money driving around picking it up and taking it to recycling plants that buy it. Maybe you could even post on craigslist saying you will haul off unwanted metal for free!

3. Staff special events or conventions- Many convention centers and special or annual events don't keep a staff, so they are often looking for people to work temporary gigs to earn some extra money. The side benefit of this is that you may get to attend something you would really like to go to!

4. Sell eggs, sperm, or plasma- Many people may object to selling eggs or sperm, but in reality the people going to a clinic to use it are people that just want a child, and if you have the ability to provide happiness in their life why not? Besides, many clinics offer money for these three things.

5. Rent out a room in your house- AirBnB is the new craze on the internet, allowing people to rent out a room to travelers or anyone just needing a place to stay. Think of it as a time share roommate or a mini bed and breakfast.

6. Do food testing for restaurants- Many focus groups will pay for you to drive out to a new (or old) restaurant and try out some food and do a survey it. Whether it is mystery shopping or a focus group, there are many ways to get into these groups. Many times it just covers your food and the gas to get there, but that is one less meal and tank of gas you have to buy!

7. Deliver phone books or newspapers- Newspaper delivery is something that is often thought of as a job for teenage boys, but in reality, kids in high school can't do this job because of... well, school. So this is a job that any adult with free mornings can do. Delivering phone books on the other hand requires going to doors, but who doesn't enjoy a pleasant walk on weekends?
